How to change the battery indicator icon on a PSP?

I have been watching some stuff on you tube and looking around on the internet, but I cant figure out how to change the Battery power level indicator icon on my play station portable! Please give me step by step instructions, I want to increase my nerd-ness!!!

system_plugin_fg.rco - This will change the "battery level indicator" and the "UMD loading" icon (bottom right).
