  1. * When you register, you must choose one country or region. However, every registered eBay user may bid, buy, or sell on any eBay site.

        * You can change to a new country or region by updating your registration information on the My eBay Change Registration Information page. You will need to sign in to verify your identity.

        * Though APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) is listed as a country or region, this is for members who are receiving mail through the APO/FPO system and could be located anywhere in the world.

        * If you are a seller, who has changed countries, you can have the option of being billed for your selling account in your former country or region's currency. This is a separate process from changing the country or region in registration information. For information about updating your billing information, see Changing Billing Currency.

To select a country or region for your registration

       1. When you enter your registration information, click the button in the Country or Region box to display the list of countries.

       2. Scroll down the list of countries to find the country or region in which you live. The more commonly chosen countries are listed at the top. Countries then appear in alphabetical order.

       3. Click the country or region in which you reside. You will be taken to the appropriate country or region site to register.

Note: A few countries are not included in the country or region list due to trading embargoes. For more information, see eBay's policy on Embargoed Goods and Prohibited Countries.
