  1. It depends on your web browser, for most of the browsers it's under View--> Text size. and you can choose the size.

    In IE you can go to view---> text size and you can choose from options they are like: Smallest, Small, .... largest.

    In Firfox you can find it under the same: View --> Text size you can choose from any size you want, the short cut for the firefox is

    (Ctrl + minus ) for decreasing the size and (Ctrl + Plus) to increasing  the size to any you wish.

  3. For just changing the size of the font go for

    view->Text size and select any of the given presets like small,medium,large etc.

    But in order to change the font itself, go for

    Internet Options -> General -> fonts .

    The default would be

    In language script,  Latin based

    Web page font,  Times new roman

    Plain text font, Courier new

    There you can do anything with the fonts like making bold,italic  etc.
