How to change the format from publisher to a jpeg or something similar.?

I am trying to upload my artwork of an advert i want to place in the Friday Ad newspaper and my artwork is in Publisher. the only accepted formats are Jpeg, Gif, PNG, BMP and TIFF.

Is it possible to do this? I have no idea and need the ad to be published today.

  1. you can use a software to change the formant about picture!

    > Click save as

    > Under the box where you name the file, open the drop-down list

    > Choose a filetype - Jpeg, Gif, PNG, BMP and TIFF

    > Change the resolution to 300dpi for use in commercial press

    (for the best quality)
