  1. I've used http://keepvid.com/ before.  You enter the Youtube address and they respond with a URL of a .FLV file you can download.


  2. While I don't know what kind of video format youtube use, there are tons of video format converter which will convert from any format to any format. In this case you need you need youtube format to WMV format.
