How to change the teaching method in india?

I think the teaching method in india is very poor particularly in tamil nadu.Because they are teaching old format.Can you tell me how to change that?

Yes, it is bad. I think they should show more importance to practical knowledge than mere theoretical knowledge. We don't need to know why Gandhi did a Dandi March!!!!

well its really tough to change the system which is running since ages...it cant be changed until unless we dnt put one thing in every one i.e. practical knowledge is must...
