How to change videos into .rm format?

I want to find a freeware to change the format of videos. At present, .rm is the best, I guess.

However, real network company does not provide this freeware. I do not know how to change the video format into .rm.

.rm files are real media files. For converting to them, you need to get a real media converter search for that in softpedia.com, where you gets all for free legally. There are a lot of freeware and shareware programs there.
