How to change yahoo answers image?

I know i have to go on yahoo 360. i made an account, put a picture and nothing. so i go to my q&a and select my yahoo 360 picture and nothing. so i go back to my account and it says i am currently using a yahoo 360 pic and right under that, it says (hidden) so now im triying to figure out how to add my picture.
