How to change your homepage to Google News:?

Type in news.google.com in your address bar. Then select "Tools", then "Internet Options" then "User Current". This will get you up and running again.

If you want google news itself as your homepage, simply go to http://news.google.co.uk/nwshp?ie=UTF-8&... and on the tab bar at the top, click on on tools, internet options and set as homepage..

Done!

While the above answer is correct, if you are using Internet Explorer 7 with tabs, you can list more than one home page by selecting Internet Options at the bottom of the Tools pull-down menu above, and simply pasting or typing in a new home-page url on the next line in the box, titled "Home Page".  It will open a new tab for each home page you specify.

Go to http://www.google.com   then go to tools at the top of your page and click on internet options. Where is has homepage, click on use current and then click apply.
