First you need to have some one abroad to chat with. Then you require a PC with Internet connection or a telephone to chat. With PC with net, you require a messenger service/service provider, an ID of your own and that of the person abroad, put net connection live, be on line AND the person abroad also need be on line same time, get connect and start chatting.

With telephone the same age old style, dial the number of the person abroad, get connected and Chat.

Download Yahoo! messenger and go in chat option and u r into a world of diverse ppl with different nationalities....
