How to check authenticity of any new research claimed?

There are lot of costly health products in market, who claim that it is based on new research. Which research papers should we refer ?

If I were you, I would contact the company that is producing the product and ask them for the papers in question.  They should be able to provide them to you or at least put you in the right direction!

Ask your doctor.  They can evaluate these things.  But basically, if it's sold as a supplement, vitamin, homeopathic remedy, or just sounds too good to be true - it's c**p.  If they can't provide the details of a published, double-blind study, then they're just making stuff up.
