how can i check lamp life of my Mitsubishi multimedia projector xd450U

Hi ,I have Mitsubishi XL 5980U projector , but not able to reset the lamp hours .So even after changing the lamp ,it still indicates to change the lamp.I have tried up ,down and enter but it does not work.Please give u r advice Thanks,
