If your with BT of course, if not then you could try calling your service provider.

Depends on your service provider.

I have VoIP service with InPhonex and CallCentric.

Each month they email me a statement of charges.

If I want to find out past months charges, I simply login to my web administration account and just lookup my past billings, as well as all phone call charges.... all online.

Now days, most PSTN phone companies also have online account access that retains your account billing history.  Just go to the main web site of your service provider.  They usually have an account login page.  If you don't have an online account already setup, they usually allow you to sign-up at anytime, as long as you can verify your phone billing account #, and phone number.  Once your web "online" account login has been established, you can then check your billing history at anytime.
