How to checking my packeage from China?

I am handmake jewerly seller in town , i ordered beads and jewerly in April from China, but two moths already passed and i still waitting .I went to down town post office to asked with the package's code(ship and road). The post officer says, the custom haven't any imformation about this package . So i don't know where can help me find out. Thank you!

Try to contact the seller again and see how they respond, if you paid by credit card , try to contest the charge/
