How to choose best computer for gamming?

i am thinking to buy a game computer, what is the least cpu,memory card, and AGP, i can start with?. i dont want get laggy in the game.. so is there anything to avoid that?

I am sory to inform you of this, but it is impossible to make or buy a gaming pc for under or around $200.

There is no such called gaming computer. All u need is to search for a suitable motherboard and the graphics card.
