So, I am assigned to this Home Economics Project, and this is one of the questions asked.

So far I got these answers:

- Check the expiry date. Do not buy food that has expired. Do not consume food after its expiry date

- Cans should not be ‘blown out’, dented or rusted. Bacteria may have entered the can and contaminated the food

- There should not be ice crystals in frozen food. It indicates that the food has been thawed earlier and has been refrozen

- Read the nutritional information, and read the nutritional claims, sometimes when the nutritional claims said that the food does not contain any sugar, however in the nutritional information, it is written there is artifical sugar.

Are there any more things to add on?
