  1. There are a bazillion diffrent kinds of digital cameras.

    Here's the minimum you need for indoor real estate photos:

    at least 4 megapixels

    flash

    at least 256 mb of memory - 512 or 1 gigabyte of memory would be better

    USB compatible

    Given all that, you'd do well with a Canon Powershot, any Minolta, and cameras of that quality.

    You're looking at spending two, maybe three hundred dollars.

  3. I'm an agent..

    I would suggest getting a camera that has a short video recording function as well as taking the digital pics... The camera I use is a Kodak something rather, got it for 200 or so.  If you'd like, I can go get it and give you the model number...

    I take brief videos of properties occassionally for transient residents and it really is a nice service I can offer without having to break out the DVD recorder...
