How to chose a mad magazine type when your Subscripting online.?

When i try to Subscript online online i dont find a way to chose a type (mad: original,kids or classic). How can i do that? or do i get them all?

I have had a look and on the page, it does not alow you to choose. I found another site www.magazine-agent.com call there customer service number 800-462-3624. Could not find a customer service number on the MAD web site.
