that is pretty much the only type of fish that we eat at my house and we take their skin off using pliers or fish skinners and then we cut straight down the stomach and then we cut a line along the angle of the head down to their sides on both sides and then make a cut down the front following the back bone and then cut where it the meat is still connected and then we cut out all of the red meat and soak in salt water and let sit in the fridge overnight and then eitherfreezee or batter them up and then fry.
