  1. First pick up all objects that are not suppose to be in there adn put them in the correct spot, toys, clothes, shoes. Then straighten up couches, pillows nic nacs..etc..then dust all shelves and coffee table (end), with polish, moving things around, then vaccuum and /or sweep them vaccuum the LR..then if any windows, clean those last, then light a scented candle or oil votive to make it smell good after its clean.

  2. to ad to "err" list before number 1 take a ball duster and run it across all corners of the room from ceiling to baseboards, and the seam between the ceiling and walls to get rid of all cobwebs.

dust all pictures and wash glass of picture frames and any other artwork on the walls.

    wipe down all light switches

    clean ceiling fans

basically you start from the top and work your way to the bottom....

  3. 1. Vacuum the windows, window treatments, and all of the furniture (tables, chairs, sofas).

    2. Wash the windows with windex or vinegar and water.

    3. Use a mixture of vinegar and water to clean all wood furniture (or furniture polish, but vinegar is better).

    4. Now that everything has fallen to the floor, vacuum the floor. Get behind furniture, under rugs, etc.

    5. Lastly, mop the floor if it's not carpet. I'd use the same vinegar and water mixture. I'd use a rag, but most people probably use a mop. If it's carpet, you could clean it or just vacuum it well.
