How to clean a snowboard????

Question

i am going snowboarding tomorrow and i need to know how to clean my snowboard. dont say base cleaner because i dont have any. what can i use that is probably laying aroung the house????

If you are trying to clean residue and dirt from the top sheet, a mild detergent and water will do the trick.  If you need to remove  the wax from the bottom, then you need a base cleaner.  Other products may damage the P-Tex base, cause the wax to not stick or make the board really slow and non-responsive.  You will then have to re-wax the board.
