How to clean a tongue bar?

How do u clean them, like with earrings u'd disinfect them, but i cant do that seeing as its going in my mouth....

Help anyone???

i do mine with the stuff you can buy off the place you had it done hunny or if not i soak it in boiling hot water for ages

its not hard.u just take it out n steralise it
