I have mold in my fish tank from giving my fish too much food and letting it settle on the bottom and i can slowly get it out by using a net, but its impossible to get out completely because its stuck in the gravel and the castle and plants dont help.... is there any way to get it out besides draining the fish tank cleaning everything, and starting over

  1. gravel vaccum, change 30% of your water and get or just change a water and purchase a couple of algae eaters.. leave them in overnight and you'll see the difference the next morning..

  2. take the fish out of the water with a net and put it in a cup with some of the water from the tank

Then clean the tank thoroly and then put the fish back in slowly so you dont put him into shock

  3. Use a gravel vacuum to do water changes. That mold your seeing is algae. If u have a glass tank use a aquarium sponge, NOT you kitchen or hardware sponge, if u have a plastic tank use a magnetic algae remover. If the algae is tuff to get off use a algae razor.

  4. no not really get a filter
