How to clean newspaper ink

Please, can someone tell me how to clean newspaper ink from a cosmetology practice head mannequin. Thank you.

You can try wiping it with a soft cloth and some rubbing alcohol. Newspaper ink can be difficult to remove, but it's worth a shot... Good luck. I hope this helps.

I would definitely try Isopropyl (rubbing) Alcohol. Alcohol dissolves ink. Wet a cotton ball with the alcohol and gently rub the ink stain. It should wipe off fairly easily.
