How to clean?

I have a Ultraflex Intertherm central unit that came with the Mobile, which is a 1985. What is the best way to clean the (coils)? It has a lot of dust and debri that has built up. I have been leaning a filter on both sides, but it still needs a good cleaning. Help please!
