most appliance stores will sell a brush to clean them.  i have also seen them in catalogs.  here is one way NOT to clean them.. i found this out after i had this brilliant idea.  do not use a leaf blower to blow the dirt out.  it goes everywhere!  it took many hours to clean up the mess from the walls and ceiling.  it did work very well though.  if you could move the fridge to an open doorway, then blow the dust outside,  it would work great.
