So.. I have converse and the top and sides look brand new but the thing is that at the bottom it has this dust thingy that sticks to the brown rubber.. I'm unsure how to remove it because I only wore it once and I want to return it already..

I tried using my shoe cleaner spray and a bit of alcohol for the bottom of my converse but it doesnt seem to be going away..

Any ideas?

Also when I say the bottom of my converse I'm talking about the area of the shoe that will touch the ground everytime you walk..

THANKS!
