How to clean the burner?

All the four burners have grease and dark spots all over. I tried to soak then into "Simple Green" (1:1 to water). After two days, the dark spots were still there. Any idea how to clean them?

I saw Whirlpool Heavy Duty Degreaser, will that help?

If you mean the silver bowls under the burners... Honestly, go to the nearest dollar store or walmart and buy new ones. It will save your sanity. If not, use steel wool.

Soak it in oven cleaner and use a scouring pad on it. That should do the trick.
