How to clean the congestion in the nose?

My baby is 14 mnts and she has got cold from yesterday. It is really needed to clean her nose as she couldnot able to breathe and cries, cries a lot. When i take the bulb to clean her nose, she is not allowing me and shouting. I dont know how to do and frustrated to see her crying. Please help me. Thanks

Give her a decongestant made for kids that age.

Steam the bathroom with menthol then let her have a warm bath for a while this will help. Also try menthol drop. You drop a few on her pillow at night this will help.
