How to clean the stain on my jordan?

On the side of the shoe there is some red coloring on it. ive tried to use soap and scrubbing it away but it is still there. I tried to circle to help show you where the red coloring is.

Try spot shot.  It comes in a pump or aerosol bottle now.  Look for it at a major discount store.  

More of my favorite remedies are Formula 409, Whink Rust remover, Goop, and Mary Ellen's stain remover for colored fabrics, liquid dish soap with bleach alternative, and diluted lemon ammonia.
