How to clean under refigerator without moving it for dirt and dust?

I have fibromyalgia and it is hard for me to move the fridge and live alone, Please help me with this dilemma. Thank You.

  1. Gently remove the grate that is on the front bottom portion of the fridge. Pull the plastic plate out from under there and quickly vacuum the dust and stuff out. Then replace the little dish and the front grate and you are back in business.


  2. You can get this long, flexible brush at Wal-Mart in the cleaning aisle; it's with the mops and brooms. It's designed to reach under the fridge (or your dryer!) and pull out dirt and dust! It's a really good tool to have around the house!

    It's great to clean out the lint-trap on your dryer also; it will decrease the risk of fire.

  3. You can tie a dust rag to the end of a yard stick and clean under it that way.
