How to clean up start up menu?

I have so many programs loading in start up it takes ages to load - is there an easy way to shorten the list?

  1. Search for start up folder and delete anything do do not want in there.  Or you could type msconfig in the run box or command line.  This will show you all the start up programs that start in the registry and the start up menu.  Look for the start up tab on the top right.  leave the rest alone unless you know what you are doing.

  3. if you mean start up programs on bottom right

    click START ,  RUN  write  msconfig  and  then click ok

    then go to startup tab

    then you got the whole list
