How to clean white converse?

i have some white low top converses and they're getting dirty.... what do i use to clean it and wont damage the material or make it yellow???

  1. put a little bit of dish soap in a bucket of water and soak the converses and then wipe the dirt spot with a soapy washcloth it should do the trick  


  2. remove the laces and put them in the wash

  3. You could put them in a sink of water with OxyClean.  Let them soak for awhile and then scrub with an old toothbrush.  Don't use bleach on them; that's what causes them to turn yellow.  Rinse well and put in sun to dry.
