How to clean white leather Guess purse?

Someone got glowstick "juice" dots on my white leather Guess bag (I don't know if that makes a difference or not) but I am not sure how to clean it. I'm afraid I'll ruin it or smear the glowstick stains.

I am not sure what glow stick is but I assume it is a lip gloss.

Here is the best I can think of --  Wipe the spots with clean dry paper towels.  Buy some Murphy's Wood Oil Soap - it is made especially to clean leather and wood,  Mix about 2 tablespoons of this soap with very warm water in a mixing bowl,  then with a  clean sponge wipe the purse, inside and out, several times really scrub it with the soapy water, then pat it dry with a clean soft cloth.  It works for me
