How to clear sinuses???!!!?

i can barely breathe and my eyes are so watery it looks like im crying all the time but anything ive tried dosnt last that long ,,,is there something that would atleast last over night

  1. The very best way to clear sinuses.

    Get a baby dropper. Fill it up with warm water. Next, pour a quarter teaspoon of salt into it. Then hold your head over the sink and squirt the water/salt mixture into each nostril.

    This will clean out your sinuses very well. Salt(or saline) is an excellent sinus cleaner.

  3. i assume its from allergies.  try 24-hour Claritin or Claritin-D (d is for decongestant -- if your nose is really clogged, probably a good idea...)

  4. Breathing into a steamer (with water filtered for chlorine if possible) is probably the best thing for what you're asking.

    The approaches I'd prefer are

    a) something to get rid of the pathogen which is causing the problem, or at least boosts your immune system.

    b) allergy medication if you're having an allergy.

    c) a neti pot to clean the sinuses out (personal favorite).  

    Neti pots are in many ways the best option, but they take a lot of commitment/work on your part.  You basicalyl just mix in a few teaspoons of salt (although I've found a similar ammount of 3.5% hydrogen peroxide works well to) into warm water and rinse your nose out with it.  The ammount you use isn't an exact science, but there will be a certain concentration that feels like it's doing something but isn't too unpleasant.

  5. This is a new thing to me - but it looks like aladdin's lamp and you pour it into one side of your nose and it cleans out your sinuses and comes out the opposite nostril.  Costs from $10 - $15.  at places like Walgreen's.
