How to clear up a hormonal breakout?

i've got a photo shoot in 4 days time, and have a really bad hormonal breakout with loads of red spots...how can i get rid of them in time? i dont have any money at the minute either, so dont mention proactiv or clearasil or anything, i need DIY ideas!

  1. since you dont have any money, i suggest icing the red spots daily to calm the redness (especially before you apply make up for the shoot) also drink plenty of water and eat a lot of foods with vitamin e and drink green tea (if you have it) good luck & i hope this helps!  

    ps. next time you know you're going to have a horomonal breakout, start treaking problem areas before it actually occurs to lessen the chances of  having one  


  2. Anything with Benzoyl Peroxide as a part of its ingredients for face wash, and make sure to wash your face in the morning and in the evening.
