,Give your players designated roles.

a pack has individual duties anyway i.e flankers there are two distinct roles the blind side is a stopper and the open side is a hunter he must have speed and the ability to neutralise the opposition.

choose the fast athletic ones as hunters and the others as support with the aim as always quick distribution, try not to give the main role to your open side if possible as you need defence if they fail .
