Philippines dont have the monopoly of graft and corruption. It exists in varying degrees in every countries unfortunately the Philippines have one of the most prevalent.  This is attributed to high incidence of poverty and the kind of upbringing of its people.  If the people will only be true to their Christian belief and values it will give a great impact in alleviating or eradication of many of our ills.
