How to come from sudan to europe?

I have a brother in sudan.He is christian, he was in eritrea before he cross to sudan. He cross to sudan because when he passes high school to university, the government took him for military training but the military is going to be hopeless because military in africa is endless time.then when he cross he joined the red cross in sudan so now he is a legal refugee BUT he wants to continue study. In sudan the way they learn is different ( arabic ) and its not much developed country, so there are polices called MP( military police )if they catch you,you have to pay each of them up to $100 us other wise they arrest you and there is a posibility to back you to ur origin country.so this is the life for refugee at the moment. I heard a lot of people getting to europe from BBC news but i dont know how, probably could be unsafe way. I tried to get a new passport for him but i couldnt. I wrote to all embassies available in sudan but still i dont have reply.

asylum is claimed in the 1st safe country as per UN law - try Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi, Libya etc.

I hate to tell you this, but the Europeans already have more Africans than they want and they are going out of their way to not let any more into Europe...

we are full up...no more free hand outs left....stay at home and sort Sudan out....it needs it!!!
