  1. Try talking to someone or get a book from your library to read about it.

    try changing decoration

  3. Ride the storm - accept the source of the sadness and deal with its cause. Once this has been reconciled for the day (and it may take quite a long time) then get on with doing something positive to counter-balance the negatives.

    Try to spend a little more each day on positives rather than negatives but don't ignore the reconciliation part. Best wishes. UK

  4. Sadly, the answer is that sometimes it is natural to feel the blues.  Many times we have every reason to feel sad, a loss of  a dear friend or family member for example.

    However if this is just a case of being depressed with no event backing it up you may have clinical depression.  This is caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain and is not cure-able yet, but treatable and manageable with medication.

    Clinical depression is defined in the MMPI and a Psychiatrist should evaluate you for any such diagnosis.

    i understand how yo feel most of the time i have this feeling which drives me nuts but after knowing this friend my thinking have change a lot
