If its an incoming call :pick the receiver say hi or hello and ask who is this or introduce yourself and ask to whom he/she needs to talk

and if its a call that you make :introduce yourself and ask for the person you want to talk.

2)say that u r glad that he/she called

3)say Good bye

Introduce yourself before asking who is calling. Don't chew something while on the phone. Don't shout as your voice will be cut anyway.
