Simply put it in a pile and let it compost/decompose.

As with any natural manure,guano is best layered with other materials in the compost heap.Normally,stiff,woody refuse such as rhubarb stalks,soft privet or other shrub clippings should form the base.

Leaves,plant stems,dead flowers and other garden waste matter should be layered on this.Then grass clippings from the lawn,but don't use too many.

Dress every third layer with lime,keep the heap moist,it should warm up,even steam.

Turn the heap occasionaly to ensure it rots through.If sufficient material is available,make two heaps and in six months or so a good compost heap will be friable material.
