How to conclude a memo to an ambassador?

ok i wrote thhis freaking essay in the format of a memo, now i need to conclude...well since it's a memo how should i conclude it? "in conclusion honorable [name of the ambassador] blah blah blah??? and also should i sign it since it's in the format of a memo??? like seriously please help me!!

  2. You just stop.  An interoffice embassy memo has no closing and is not signed.

    On the other hand, since you are clearly ignoring what I've already told you is actually true about US embassy memos, and are following some wierd mythical format no real embassy has every seen, go ahead and close it any way you want to.

  3. depends on the country for which he is an ambassador. Many refer to ambassadors as 'your excellency'. Some Western states tend to prefer Dear Ambassador. The ending of a letter is always going to be yours sincerely, unless you are an employee doing the memo in which case it does not need an ending just a name.
