How to concretely promote peace in your own simple way?

Can you guys give suggestions on how to concretely promote peace?

Pass on knowledge to other people about what is really going on here on our planet and share knowledge about the activation of the pineal gland and the chakras, also keep at it.

Peace obviously has to start from within. It is impossible to promote that which we haven't achieved for ourselves whether our efforts be on behalf of a neighbor or a nation. I can lecture you to control yourself , for example, but until I do this myself, I have nothing with which to back up my demands of you except that I simply want you to control yourself-don't be aggresive-play nice, etc. without giving you any tools by which you can acheive my request. Attaining peace requires more than simply a desire. Why has mankind over the centuries done little more than fight amonst his own species? Peace in one's own mind needs an evolutionary "push". Only then can we offer a real solution to another whether neighbor or nation. Peace is balance. Balance needs to be acheived in every life or peace is a pie-in-the-sky dream.
