How to confirm biodiesel?

how to confirm biodiesel. i mean via experiment carried out, not using a motor.

A diesel can burn any oil even lube oil.

You can light it on fire but really that won't tell you to much. I am sure want to know if it will run your motor and not mess it up. What I would do is go to this website http://www.kittiwake.com it has all the equipment you will need. It is a bit expensive and you have to call for prices but it will insure you will not mess up your motor. What you could do to is  if you could go on ebay or something and just buy a small one cylinder diesel engine and use it as a test motor if it clogs up or doesn't work they are easy to to tear down and rebuild. these are just a couple of options I hope it was helpful
