How would you conjugate the this reflexive verb in the preterite including the reflexive pronoun and the verb conjugation?

Mi tio _________ (afeitarse) la barba anoche. ¡Se ve tan diferente!

I don't want the answer because I would like to figure it out on my own, but could you explain how you would get the answer?

Would it be "se afeito"? (With an accented "o" however)

Muchas gracias!

  1. You can't say yo tio because that doesn't make sense. The way you have it mi tio is correct. Mi tio is like saying my uncle and yo tio is like saying I uncle which doesn't make sense. And yes se afeito is right;)

  2. si si.

    thats perfect!

and yeah yo = me afeite (accent on E)
