How to connect 2 offices miles apart?

I have a small business and would like to connect 2 offices 7miles away. Both get great cell phone reception. Would like that office to connect to a server at my office so we can work out of same program on "real time". Anyone know how to do this or how to educate myself further on this? Thanks everyone.

If you can get decent Internet access at both offices, you can setup a VPN between them. See the link below.

There are two options.

1. Use desktop sharing using some of the freeware programs such as "Teamviwer" or "Logmein". They are real time desktop sharing programs.

2. Buy a VPN server and client from cisco. Connect the internet to the VPN gateway, for this you need to have a dedicated IP from your provider.

Second option is little expensive but very secured.
