How to connect Ps3 to TV via Component cables?

How do you connect a PS3 to TV with Component cables? does it connect into the AV input hole? i have a Blue,green,red inputs in the back of my TV so will it work?

  1. There is no component output on PS3. You have to connect AV cable ( supplied ) from PS3 to TV, yellow for video and red - white for audio.
