How to connect TP 340G Router with TP Link Router( TL-WR2543ND?

I have TP 340G router connected to PTCL ASDL modem (WIFI FAST@1074) via wire and want to conenct my 340G router with another WDS enabled TP Link Router( TL-WR2543ND)

and wat abt DHCP? keep it enabled on both TP340G and TL-WR2543ND?

If u can tell step by step procedure, it would be highly appreciated bro...
