How to connect a coaxial cable to a TV ?

  1. Insert the pointy wire into the whole in the center of the connector and s***w it in. For best results, carefully tighten it with a 7/16 inch wrench. But don't use too much force or you can break off the connector.


  2. Coaxial cable is commonly used for a cable signal (from the wall) or connecting a VCR to a TV.

    The back of the tv should have what looks like a cylinder with threads on it. The "nose" of the connection point will have white plastic with a hole in the middle.

    The cable end will be metal with a hex on the end that spins. A small amount of the copper pin may stick out beyond the end of the hex.

    Line the pin up with the hole on the connector (on the tv) and push it straight in. While holding in against the tv, turn the hex clockwise until it grips and tightens down.
